The same Lagoon 52 with the same captain and crew, in a 4-hour window instead of 8.5. Better for guests who want a private yacht half day without paying for the full day's meals.
We run two slots: morning (09:00–13:30) and afternoon (14:00–18:30). The morning slot is the snorkeler's choice, with calmer water, clearer visibility and fewer boats in the popular coves. The afternoon slot catches the golden-hour light and lets you finish with a sunset.
The standard half day visits one island stop for a snorkel and swim, then time to relax on the foredeck at anchor. The captain picks the cove from the day's wind and tide; Koh Som's eastern reef, just off Samui's north-east coast near Bophut, is a common pick.
Food isn't included by default. At half-day length, many guests prefer to eat on Samui before or after rather than on board. If you want food, add ฿700 per person for a Thai set lunch or ฿1,200 per person for a charcuterie and cheese platter, with 24 hours' notice.
Bring your own beer, wine or spirits; the captain doesn't charge corkage on the half day either. He'll chill them in the on-board fridge before you board if you drop them at his Bophut depot the day before.

Questions guests ask
Morning or afternoon slot: which is better?
Morning brings calmer water and brighter snorkel visibility. Afternoon catches the late light on deck, better for photos, with slightly choppier water. We prefer morning for first-time snorkelers and afternoon for couples.
Can we extend to a full day on the day?
Sometimes, if the boat has no afternoon booking. You pay the difference to the full-day rate. WhatsApp us from the boat and we'll confirm within 15 minutes.
Why is food extra here when it's included on the full day?
Half-day windows don't always need a full meal; many guests just snack, and eat on land before or after. Adding food is optional, and we don't pad the price for those who skip it.
