The same Lagoon 52, same the captain, same crew — but a 4-hour window instead of 8.5. Better for guests who want a private yacht half-day without paying for a meal-and-bar package.
We run two slots: morning (09:00–13:30) and afternoon (14:00–18:30). The morning slot is the snorkeler's choice — calmer water, clearer visibility, fewer boats in the popular coves. The afternoon slot catches the golden-hour light and lets you finish with a sunset.
The standard half-day visits one island stop with a snorkel + swim, then a foredeck-anchored relax. the captain picks the cove based on the day's wind and tide. Common picks: Koh Som's eastern reef, the south side of Koh Madsum, or a lesser-known channel between the two for the photographers.
Food isn't included by default — at half-day length, many guests prefer to eat before or after on Samui rather than on board. If you want food, add ฿700/pax for a Thai set lunch or ฿1,200/pax for a charcuterie + cheese platter. 24-hour notice.
Bring your own beer, wine, or spirits — the captain doesn't charge corkage on the half-day either. He'll cool them in the on-board fridge before you board if you drop them at his Bophut depot the day before.

Morning or afternoon slot — which is better?
Morning is calmer water and brighter snorkel visibility. Afternoon catches the late-light deck atmosphere — better for photos, slightly choppier water. We prefer morning for first-time snorkelers and afternoon for couples.
Can we extend to a full day on the day?
Sometimes — if the captain has no afternoon booking. Add ฿11,000 to upgrade to the full-day rate. WhatsApp from the boat and we'll confirm in 15 min.
Why is food extra here when it's included on the full-day?
Half-day windows don't always need a full meal — many guests just snack and eat on land before/after. Adding food is optional and we don't pad the price for those who skip it.
