Private Island Circuit (Half-Day Van)
You name the stops. We drive.
The half-day private van is the most flexible tour we offer. ฿2,500 buys you a 9-seat air-con van and an English-speaking driver for 5 hours. You tell him the stops; he handles the routing and the parking.
Most guests do the 'classic Samui circuit' — Big Buddha at Wat Phra Yai, Plai Laem temple, Hin Ta and Hin Yai (the rock formations), Lamai viewpoint, and a beach lunch at Fisherman's Village. Five stops in five hours, no rush.
The van seats 9 (with luggage area) so it works for couples, families, and groups up to 8. The driver speaks tourist-level English and knows where to park near each landmark — important during peak season when ad-hoc taxi drivers can't find spots.
You can also customize: shopping at Central Festival, the Thai cooking school in Bophut, the Magic Garden in the interior. Tell us 24 hours ahead so we can adjust the routing.
This is the tour we recommend for first-time visitors who want to see everything in one day without organizing each piece. Tell us your priorities and we'll suggest the best 5 stops.

Book Private Island Circuit (Half-Day Van) on WhatsAppQuestions guests ask
What's the difference vs a taxi for the day?
Taxis charge by the meter and don't wait. The van is a fixed price for 5 hours — driver waits at every stop, helps with photos, knows the fastest routes. Cheaper than 5 taxi rides for groups of 3+.
Can we tell the driver to skip a stop and stay longer at another?
Yes — the whole point of this tour. Tell him on the day.
Is it good for elderly or mobility-limited guests?
Excellent. The van has high seats, AC, no climbing required at most stops. Big Buddha has stairs but minimal walking. Hin Ta is harder — uneven steps.
