The standard private speedboat. Twenty seats, two engines, and every itinerary you'd want on the menu: Koh Tan and Pig Island, Ang Thong Marine Park, Koh Tao, Koh Phangan. You pick the islands, the timing and the lunch spot. The boat is yours, for a half day or a full one.
If the joint speedboats look too crowded but the catamarans look too slow or expensive, this is the boat. Twenty seats means a couple can have the whole boat to themselves, or you can fill it with 18 friends. Two engines is fast enough: Ang Thong in an hour, Pig Island in 25 minutes, Koh Tao in two hours.
The Koh Tan and Pig Island full day is the most-booked option. You leave Bophut around 9, do Pig Island first while the pigs are most active, snorkel at Koh Tan for an hour, have lunch on the boat or at the pier, then stop at Pig Island again in the afternoon light. Home by 5.
The Ang Thong full day is the marathon. It's the same Marine Park trip the joint speedboats run, but private: you can take the time to do the viewpoint properly, see the Emerald Lagoon at your own pace, get the kayaks out at the slow tide, and stop at a fourth island the joint groups don't visit. Plan on a 9-hour day.
Food isn't included. Most groups bring their own: sandwiches, fruit, snacks, beer. Or we organise Thai catering through the boat operator, charged per person. The boat has a small cooler and shade.
Pricing is per boat, and the operator adjusts it with the season. Groups of 11–20 are quoted a step above groups of 10 or fewer: same boat, heavier load. Most travellers fall well under 10. Send us the date, route and head count on WhatsApp for a live quote.
